Program Registration

Registration for our free 21st CCLC programming takes just a few minutes. Many of our programs will reach their enrollment capacity and will require your child to be placed on a Waiting List. Programs with openings will be able to accommodate your child as soon as the registration process is completed. The process involves the following four steps:

 

  1. Complete the Enrollment, Participation, & Data Collection Form.

  2. Complete the appropriate Program Request Form, making certain to mark all programs that your child is interested in.

  3. Return both completed forms to your child's building principal.

  4. Await confirmation from the Building Principal or Program Teaching Assistant of your child's enrollment.
